If you prefer not to share your telephone number, leave it out of the message and reply over the same email thread instead. The Company respects the amount of contact that you choose.

04 · Automatic Data and Cookies

Like most websites, this one relies on standard server logs that record the request your browser makes when a page loads. These logs typically hold the date and time, the pages requested, the referring page and the technical identifier of the device. The Company may store a small cookie that remembers harmless preferences such as the open or closed state of a menu so that your next visit starts as you left it.

06 · Lawful Bases for Processing

Where the law of a jurisdiction requires it, the Company relies on recognized lawful bases for its handling of personal data. When you send an inquiry, the Company processes your details because you asked us to respond to you, which the law calls a step taken at your request for a contract or a prospective contract. When we keep basic logs to protect the site, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe and available service, balanced against a minimal burden on you.

When we ask for anything optional, such as a phone number for a reminder or a preferred contact time, we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling the person on the call or by writing to the address in the contact section of this policy. 07 · Information We Share

If a court orders us to produce records for a legal matter involving this site, we will respond only to a valid order and no more than the order permits.

08 · Service Providers and Subcontractors

To keep the website running, the Company may work with a hosting provider, an email service and the developer OldcastleFRD, who maintain the site code and infrastructure. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their task, and they are not free to use your data for their own separate projects. Every provider is expected to keep your information confidential and to protect it with reasonable technical measures.

When a subcontractor works on an actual build rather than on the website, the limits above still guide us: we provide the information that build needs and nothing extra. The Company reviews the people it works with and expects them to honor the same privacy expectations toward families and developers that we state here.

09 · Retention of Data

Information is kept only as long as it serves the reason it was collected. A simple question about services is usually kept for a short period, often a matter of months, so that a coordinator can refer back to it if you follow up. A build that goes ahead produces records such as line plans, schedules and inspection notes that we retain for the period required for insurance, warranty and tax purposes, which can be several years.

When the purpose has ended, the Company removes identifying details or archives only the parts that the law requires to be kept. Automated logs are routinely overwritten. If you ask us to delete information and no law obliges us to keep it, we will erase or de-identify it within a reasonable time and confirm the action to you.

10 · Security of Your Data

The Company protects the information it holds with measures that match the sensitivity of that information. The website is served over encryption, our mailboxes are protected by access controls, and staff are given only the amount of access their role requires. Records of active builds are kept separate from the public website so that a casual visitor cannot see the details of a client order.

No method of transmission or storage is entirely without risk, and the Company cannot promise that a determined attacker could never breach these defenses. If a breach does affect your personal information, we will tell the relevant authorities and you within the time frames the law expects, and we will explain what was affected and how you can protect yourself.

The Company also does not use your personal information for cross-context behavior advertising, so there are no such practices to describe or limit. 14 · International Transfers

The Company is based in the United States and its offices and the offices of its subcontractors sit in and around Ogden, Utah. If you contact us from outside the United States, the message you send will travel to and be handled on systems in the United States. By sending information to the Company from another country, you understand that your message crosses an international boundary.

When a transfer is needed, the Company applies protections that reflect the sensitivity of the information. This website does not seek out international visitors, and our services are offered primarily along the Wasatch Front. If a visitor from another region does reach out, we handle that visitor with the same care as a local one and keep data within the purposes described in this policy.

15 · Third-Party Links

Occasionally this website may point your browser to another site, such as a county permit office, a state transportation page or a construction partner that keeps its own information online. The Company may update this privacy policy from time to time as the website grows or as the law changes. When a meaningful change is made, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page and describe the change in a short note so that returning visitors can find what is new. Minor wording edits do not change the way your information is treated.
